(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered. However since the earlier cost of Rs.1,000/- ordered by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court ought to have been paid on or before 20.12.2024, within which, not only the amount has not been paid, but also extension petition has been filed only on 12.02.2025, therefore there is a delay in filing the present petition also. Hence, along with Rs.1,000/- which was ordered to be paid to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, a further sum of Rs.1,000/- also to be paid by the petitioners to the first respondent, altogether a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) within a period of two weeks from today, failing which, without any further reference to this Court, the petition to condone the delay in the civil miscellaneous petition itself would get dismissed.
