This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.02.2014, complete the investigation and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that the petitioner got married to Bharathi, twenty years back and their matrimonial life ran into rough weather. The petitioner has filed HMOP.No.181 of 2009 for divorce before the Sub Court, Ponneri and the same is pending. Now, it is alleged by the petitioner that his wife Bharathi and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sister-in-law came to his lands and prevented him and his workers from doing agricultural operations. In this connection, he has also filed OS.No.10 of 2014 before the District Munsif Court, Ponneri. On reading of the complaint dated 10.02.2014, it is seen that the petitioner has not even given the date on which the said incident had happened and it appears to be a matrimonial dispute. Admittedly, two civil cases are also pending.

4. Under such circumstances, this is not a fit case to issue a direction as prayed for by the petitioner. With the above observation, this petition is closed.
