ORDER

Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 13.08.2019, it appears that

the competent authority has disposed of the representation made by the petitioner vide proceedings dated 08.01.2020. However, it appears that the learned counsel is not satisfied with the orders, since the relief which he prayed for in the Writ Petition is not granted. However, a direction was issued by this Court which has been complied with by the respondent concerned. In view of the same, the contempt petition need not be kept pending and hence, the same is closed.

2. In case, the petitioner has any further grievance against the order passed by the respondent, it is always open to him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
