(CRIME NO.2473/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail conditions that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19175 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.SANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in CRL. O.P. No.19175 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020.
2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the condition imposed in CRL.O.P.No.19175 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020, on the petitioner, has been complied with regularly from 24.12.2020 to till date.

4. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No.19175 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
