(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the above appeal against the award dated 26.08.2025 made in OP No.4135 of 2016 on the file of the VII Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai. 2.

Notice had been directed to the respondent and the same had also been served. We sought the Registry to examine whether any counsel had entered an appearance, but no counsel has been entered.

Owing to financial constraints, the appeal could not be filed within the stipulated time.

In view of the particular reason, the delay stands condoned and the petition stands allowed. The Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise.
