This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, in D.No.839 of 2019 dated 08.04.2019. 2.It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.1179 of 2019, this Court by an order dated 18.01.2019, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.7822 of 2016, within a period of three months. However, the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, has sent communication dated 08.04.2019 in D.No.839 of 2019, narrating the sequence of proceedings in C.C.No.7822 of 2016 and sought further period of three months time to complete the trial in the said case.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant three months time to complete the trial in C.C.No.7822 of 2016 from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 29.04.2019 rna http://www.judis.nic.in
