O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.2123 of 2015, dated 09.07.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant lodged a complaint against his son(A1) and daughter-in-law (A2), the petitioners herein, for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 448, 427 and 506(ii) IPC. Due to some misunderstanding between the 2nd petitioner and the de facto complainant, which got aggravated and thereby, the above case came to be filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submits that during the pendency of the case, the 2nd petitioner, who is the daughter-in-law of the defacto complainant is reported died. He further submits that it has been ascertained and found that after the death of 2nd petitioner, the issues between the defacto complainant and the first 2/4

petitioner got resolved and they have joined and living together under the common roof. After, recording the statements of the defacto complainant and the witnesses, the respondent police closed the case as Further Action Dropped on 10.07.2020.

4.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the same is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
