O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.04.2011.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry).

3.It is seen from the records that the Police Complaint Authority, Puducherry by an order dated 12.02.2018, has directed the respondent police to register an FIR and report compliance. Subsequently, by proceedings dated 10.10.2018, this was reiterated and the respondent police was directed to register the FIR and report compliance by 13.11.2018. complied with by the respondent and therefore, the present petition has been filed before this Court.

4.There shall be a direction to the first respondent to register an FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner immediately and proceed further with the investigation, in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
