C.M.P.No.1707 of 2022 in W.A.No. SR 3157 of 2022 THE HON'BLE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE and D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARHY,J.

The application to dispense with the production of certified copy of the order dated 20.12.2021 in W.P.No.29113 of 2017 is allowed, for a period of two weeks.

Within that period, the Registry is directed to provide the certified copy of the order, if no defects exist on the application and if any defect exists, the same is to be cured by the petitioners/appellants within a week.

The application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
