This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 174 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Ms.R.Sree Vidhya, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent would submit that she has no objection in allowing this petition. Further, she requests to print her name while listing the appeal.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 174 days in filing the appeals is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.

5. The Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.R.Sree Vidhya, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, while listing the appeal.
