C.M.P.No.669 of 2008 has been filed to condone the delay of 1903 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement. 2.C.M.P.No.670 of 2008 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent i.e. Parasuraman in the above second appeal.

3.C.M.P.No.671 of 2008 has been filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 3 to 6/ proposed parties, the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the second appeal, as 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th respondents. 4.Heard both sides.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. 18.12.2019 (2/3) rpl Note: Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the second appeal No.1717 of 1999.
