Contempt Petition No.375 of 2020 application dated 10.12.2016 and also the reminder dated 18.06.2017 and passed an order on 08.09.2020 rejecting the prayer made in the application. 2.Since the 2nd respondent had complied with the orders of this Court, the Contempt Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 08.09.2020, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
