ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the detenue Kavitha, aged 20 years before this Court, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue.
2.The detenue has been secured and produced before this Court today. On enquiry, she has stated that she is not in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
illegal custody and she is with her parents, who are also before us.
3.In such view of the matter, this habeas corpus petition stands dismissed and the detenue is set at liberty. 4.We appreciate the efforts taken by the Superintendent of Police, Thiruvannamalai District in securing the detenue.
