This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavits filed in support of these applications seeking to condone the delay of 266 days in filing the written statements of the third, fourth and fifth defendants separately.

2. There is no representation on the side of the plaintiffs.

3.Accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for and the written statements of the defendants 3, 4 & 5 are taken on record.

4. Till date, the second defendant has not filed the written statement and therefore, the second defendant is set exparte by this Court.

5. Post the matter for framing of issues on 14.02.2022.
