Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records in connection with the Order of Detention passed by the Second Respondent dated 11.11.2019 vide order in Cr.M.P.No.32/2019 against the Petitioner's husband namely Ayyappan S/o.Pazhani, aged about 24 years, now confined at Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, Tiruchirappalli District and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the above said detenu before this Court and set him at liberty. (Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) This Petition has been filed by the Wife of the Detenu, viz., Ayyappan S/o.Pazhani, aged about 24 years, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu in Cr.M.P.No.32/2019 dated 11.11.2019. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu 3.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
