This petition has been filed to withdraw M.C.No.37 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court at Tambaram and transfer the same to be tried along with H.M.O.P.No.1702 of 2013 and H.M.O.P.No.4046 of 2014, both on the file of Principal Judge Family Court at Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Manitenance case itself has been disposed on 14.06.2018.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
