Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to issue a No Objection Certificate to the Petitioner to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour, including the service of cross massage, in the name and style of "Gold Fish Saloon and Spa" at 5/24K3, Tiruppur Road, Kalkattipudhur, Avinashi, Tiruppur - 641 652, considering the representation dated 06.12.2023.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to grant No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to run the SPA based on the representation dated 06.12.2023.

2. Heard Mr.Balaji Thirumoorthy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 06.12.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law and in line with the

relevant Government Order/circulars and a decision shall be taken within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
