ORDER
The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 341, 342, 348, 265 r/w Section 3(1) (XII) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, seeks a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of his surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.887 of 2011 pending committal on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukovilur.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
