ORDER
The husband has initiated HMOP.No.217 of 2023 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Hosur. The wife is a resident of Choolaimedu, Chennai. She is unable to travel 300-odd kilometres to contest the proceedings. Hence, on the grounds of inconvenience and on the grounds that she has
custody of a minor girl child, she has filed this transfer petition.
2. Ms.Poornima, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband has no objection to the transfer of proceedings from the Sub Court at Hosur to the Family Court at Chennai.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has to travel a long distance and also taking into consideration that no objection has been tendered by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
