These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay, to set aside the abatement, to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased fourth petitioner and to record the petitioners 1 to 3 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased fourth respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of these Miscellaneous Petitions and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
