Accordingly, today i.e. 21.11.2019 the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", but, when the matter is called for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Even though the petition is pending from the year 2013 without any progress and the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioners and hence this Court has no other way except to dismiss the same for non prosecution.

This criminal original petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
