ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.34741 of 2013, by order dated 04.04.2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2013 and to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, by affording

an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as to other necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 04.04.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents and the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected by the respondents by order dated 06.06.2018. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order 06.06.2018 passed by the respondents, if he so desires.
