Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in REF.No.5596/2013/E dated 30-01-2017 passed by the 3 respondent and to quash the same with consequential direction to the respondent to reconsider the petitioners claim with regard to compassionate appointment in light of the Judgment of the Honble First bench of this Court in WA.524/2012 dated 16-4-2012.

This petition has been filed to quash the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 30.01.2017 and to direct the respondent to reconsider the petitioners claim with regard to compassionate appointment in light of the Judgment of the Honble First Bench of this Court in W.A.No.524 of 2012, dated 16-04-2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
