BYITS [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, GURUBARAPALLI POLICE STATION, KRISHNAGIRI DISTRICT (CRIME NO.781 OF 2020).

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition No.4 the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.7566 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17255 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. E.SATHIYARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P No.7566 of 2020 in Crl.O.P No.17255 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P No.7566 of 2020 in Crl.O.P No.17255 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions. He would further submi that investigation has been completed and charge sheet is yet to be filed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P No.7566 of 2020 in Crl.O.P No.17255 of 2020 dated 16.12.020 is relaxed.
