ORDER

(1) This contempt petition is filed by the petitioners alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 27.07.2021 made in WP.No.15474/2021 by the respondents herein.

(2) Mr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Government Pleader [Forests] appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 27.07.2021 has been complied with by the respondents. He has also produced the Government Order in G.O.[2D] No.48, Environment, Climate Change and Forests [FR.2ii] Department, dated 07.04.2022 to that effect.

(3) The said Government Order is taken on file and record. (4) Ms.K.Jenitha, learned counsel for the petitioners also conceded the factum of compliance by the respondents herein of the orders passed by this Court.

(5) Recording the statements of the learned counsels appearing on
