ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate accepting notice on behalf of the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner in this writ petition seeks for an innocuous relief to direct the 4th respondent to consider his representation dated 27.4.2015 by which the petitioner has sought for re-conveyance of the property which was acquired for a scheme for the benefit of Adi Dravidar. Since the earlier representations were not considered by the 4th respondent, the petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent to issue appropriate direction to enable the 4th respondent to take note of the petitioner's grievance and pass orders. The second respondent by communication in Na.Ka.No. AA1/12010/2015 dated 25.05.2015 has directed the 4th respondent to look into the petitioner's grievance and take appropriate action and inform the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent about the action taken on such representation. The petitioner would state that inspite of the direction by the higher level officers, no action has been taken by the 4th respondent and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court by way of this writ petition.

3. In the light of the limited prayer sought for in the petition, without going into the merits of the case, there will be a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.4.2015 which has been forwarded by the 2nd respondent vide communication dated 25.05.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS IV) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar To:
