Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant basic pay to the petitioner meant for his post by directing the 1st respondent herein to pass appropriate orders to the respondents 2 to 4 on the petitioners representation dated 05.04.2013 to grant basic pay Rs.21620/- to the petitioner meant for his post with effect from 01.04.2013 with accruing arrears thereof within a stipulated period of time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.
