ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.452 of 2017 pending on the file of the third respondent.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 21.012021, this Court passed the following order:
"The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there was already a direction given by this Court in Crl OP No.27128 of 2017 to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.

Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court, the investigation has been transferred to the file of the District Crime branch, Kanchipuram on 27.01.2018.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police will file a status report and explain the stage of investigation in the present case. Post this case under the caption for orders on 11.02.2021."
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.Dhanraj, the Sub Inspector of Police was present.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate II, Chenglepet in F.R.No.10/2021.
5. In view of the above development, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate II, Chenglepet, to act upon the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and proceed further in accordance with law. -s/d- Assistant Registrar True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar kal To
