C.M.P.Nos.300, 302 and 303 of 2022 in S.A.No.1338 of 2010 P.T.ASHA, J These petitions have been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 624 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole respondent, E.Revathi; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased sole respondent; and to bring on record the respondents 2 to 6 in this C.M.P as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent and rank them as respondents 2 to 6 in the above appeal as well as in M.P.Nos 1 and 2 of 2010 in S.A.No.1338 of 2010.

Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed.
