2. The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a disposal of the review application filed on 12.06.2018 in terms of Section 16 of Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 before the Director General of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.

3. Mr.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for Mr.J.Madana Gopal Rao, learned counsel for the first respondent, before whom the aforesaid application is stated to be pending would concede to the position that such application is, indeed, pending and would assure the Court that the same will be disposed within a period of six weeks from today.

4. Let notice be issued forth with by R1 to the petitioner fixing a date of personal hearing and orders passed within the timeline as aforesaid, in accordance with law.

5. This writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Consequently connected writ miscellaneous petition is also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
