O R D E R

Read this order in conjunction with order dated 05.07.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner has received costs as ordered on the previous occasion.

2. That apart, learned Special Government Pleader request for some more time and has filed a memo of even date setting out the following time frame. The memo reads as follows:

I submit to state that necessary action has been taken to sanction draw and pay the arrears to Tmt.S.Syeda Tashfeen W/0 (late) Dr.S.Abdul Khuddus Azami. The other legal heirs have furnished No objection Certificate to enable Tmt.S.Syeda Tashfeen to receive the tneire terminal benefits. I submit that such amount has been worked out to Rs.10,01,953 (Net amount). The Bills to the effect have been prepared in three divisions according to relevant pay commission. Each bill has to be submitted through IFHRMS by creating identity for the legal heir to Pay and Accounts Officer (South) and only on confirmation of passing the first bill second and subsequent bills to be presented by the Department thro' IFHRMS.

3. The respondent will be put to strict compliance with the time frame as undertaken by them.

Recording the aforesaid and as the petitioner, being satisfied with the undertaking as recorded above, does not pursue this contempt petition any longer, the same is closed.
