ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29559 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 in Crime No.237 of 2024 on the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner/accused has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29559 of 2024 dated 26.11.2024 is relaxed.
