Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus petition directing the respondents 1 and 2 to search the petitioner's wife Mrs.Easwari, W/o.Premkumar, female, aged 35 years and produce the corpus before the court physically and set her free. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue Easwari, aged about 35 years, to secure his wife, who is said to be missing from 21.04.2015 and to set her at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The alleged detenue Easwari is produced before this Court today. The respondents 4 and 5 are also present. 3.
When we enquired, she admits that the petitioner is her husband and she wants only to go along with the 4th respondent who is present in the Court and not willing to go along with her husband. 4.
