Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent police section daily at about 10.30 a.m. imposed by this Honble court in Crl.M.P.No.6807/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14491/2020 dated 09.11.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) Petition for relaxation of the bail condition imposed in CRL. O.P. No.14491 of 2020 dated 09.11.2020.

2. This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. in Crl.M.P.No.6807 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14491 of 2020 dated 09.11.2020 until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.6807 of 2020 has been complied with regularly from 18.11.2020 to till date.

4. In view of the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6807 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14491 of 2020 dated 09.11.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
