ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in S.C.No.23 of 2010 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Vellore and transfer the same to any other competent Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that in S.C.No.23 of 2010 the trial has been completed and now the case has been posted for final arguments on 05.08.2019. She further submitted that if the case is transferred to any other Court, which would affect the progress of the trial.

3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the trial at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
