2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. It is seen that on a complaint given by M/s.Winstar India City Developers, a petition enquiry is pending and therefore, a blanket order of not to harass cannot be granted and the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the Police for enquriy and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed.
