O R D E R

Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of respondents 2 and 3. By consent, the writ petition

is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner prays for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue National Trade Certificate to her.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite repeated representations, the first respondent did not issue National Trade Certificate, hence, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition.

5. The learned Government Advocate submitted that this writ petition has been filed even without giving any representation/application to the respondents and if the petitioner approaches the first respondent with necessary application, it will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In the light of the above facts and the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation/application to the first respondent with payment of required fee within a period of two weeks. On such compliance, the first respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioner within a period of one week therefrom.

7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
