This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30467 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024, that the petitioner shall appear before the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge Thiruvallur at Poonamallee, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and he shall also report before the respondent police on every https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the investigation is completed and final report is yet to be filed before the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30467 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge Thiruvallur at Poonamallee, on the hearing dates. 4.
