The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent states that the investigation in this case has completed and final report filed before the Judicial Magistrate-I, Thiruvannamalai and same has been taken on file in C.C.No.49 of 2022 dated 11.03.2022. Though there is a delay in complying the order of this Court by the Investigation Officer, the status report filed indicating that final report has been filed belatedly. This Court finds that no contempt proceedings requires in this case. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
