ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent herein to file final report in Crime No.703 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is almost completed and the final report would be filed shortly.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to file the final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
