O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the petitioner to continue his course of B.Tech, Bio-Medical Engineering (BME) in the 3rd respondent's college.
2. The writ petition was filed in the year 2013. On account of efflux of time, the relief sought for to direct the respondents to continue the course of B.Tech, Bio-Medical Engineering (BME), lost its relevance.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner was irregular in attendance and therefore, he was not permitted to continue the course as per the Regulations and therefore, there is no infirmity. However, the facts remains that the duration of course completed and therefore, the relief as such sought for cannot be granted.
4. With these observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
