ORDER

The revision petition is directed against the dismissal of Tr.O.P.No.155 of 2013 by the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram. The revision petitioner-husband has filed H.M.O.P.No.64 of 2012 on the file of Sub-Court, Kallakurichi. The said Tr.O.P. was filed by the revision petitioner-husband for transfer of the said H.M.O.P. from Sub-Court, Kallakurichi to Sub-Court, Villupuram, but the same was dismissed by the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram on the ground that there is no ground for transfer of the H.M.O.P and that the Tr.O.P. was absolutely baseless. However, it is now stated that the said H.M.O.P. itself has been

disposed of. In such circumstances, as no H.M.O.P. is pending as on date, nothing survives for consideration in this C.R.P., which is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
