ORDER

(1) This contempt petition is filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 23.06.2021 made in WP.No.13113/2021 by the respondents herein.

(2) While disposing of the writ petition, this Court passed an order directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and to dispose of the same.

(3) Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, a further representation was submitted by the petitioner. Since the respondents did not pass any order on the representation of the petitioner, the above contempt petition is filed.

(4) Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the 2nd respondent / Tahsildar, Uthukottai Taluk, vide proceedings dated 05.01.2022 in Na.Ka.No.357/2021/A5, disposed of the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2020 and the subsequent representations.

(5) Having regard to the nature of direction of this Court, this Court is of the view that the representation of the petitioner has been duly considered by the 2nd respondent / Tahsildar, Uthukottai Taluk.

(6) Hence, this Contempt petition is closed recording compliance. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order of the 2nd respondent dated 05.01.2022.
