ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28901 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 in Crime No.178 of 2024, on the condition that the petitioners shall report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palakode.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 20.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No. 28901 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palakode, on 05.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
