This Petition has been filed to substitute the Petitioners 1 to 3 herein as legal heirs in the place of the deceased workman/2nd Respondent and rank them as Respondents 3 to 5 in the above Writ Appeal.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed on support of this petition and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.
