ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30176 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 in Crime No.134 of 2024, on the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Vellore Sathuvachari Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".
2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the POCSO Court, Dharmapuri.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 03.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.30176 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the POCSO Court, Dharmapuri, on 05.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
