3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police on instructions submitted that the investigation was over and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Hosur.
4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
