ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2021 within a period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.M. Muruganantham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V. Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and shall pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
