This petition has been filed to relax the condition in 7(a) imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" passed in Crl.OP.No.23777 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024.
2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly, except the 5th petitioner, who has complied with the condition for only one day, and further, the investigation was also completed.
3. Considering the representation made by both side counsel, nature of offence, investigation has already been completed, all petitioners are complying with the conditions without fail, except the 5th petitioner, who has complied with the condition for only one day. Therefore, this Court is inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in toto, except for the 5th petitioner. As far as the 5th petitioner is concerned, the petition is dismissed. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 31.01.2025 drl 2/4
