This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3029 of 2013 on the file of the XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that in C.C.No.3029 of 2013, the petitioner has been acquitted and the case has been disposed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet by its Judgment dated 01.09.2014.
